It is present in their evaluation version. Now it is available the version 5.26.

The last emWin version released by NXP is 5.24. This release lacks the .a pre-compiler library file, only .lib for Visual Studio.

Is it possible to have .a file too? Now I'm using .a from 5.26 evaluation version, but I don't think it's a good idea.
