Sector 20 is at flash offset 0x30000, and I can't find that value in the code you posted.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;P.S.: This #define assumes all sectors are 4K, but sectors 16 and above are 32K!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;#define CONFIG_FLASH_SECTOR (CONFIG_FLASH_OFFSET &amp;gt;&amp;gt; 12)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
