Even if the memory interface in this chip is quite robust with regards to overclocking, running it on 120MHz is at your own risk.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;At least you need to run a stress test over the possible voltage and temperature range.
