Using nxpUSBlib can i use both host & device simultaneously?

On host port i need to connect modem with CDC class.
And this device need to connect to PC as mass storage device.

So can i use the latest stack v0.98 with LPC1830 to implement both funcationality?

If not can you recommend any other solution for same?
