      <description>Hello Luis,&lt;BR /&gt;I am looking for a failure rate or Mean Time To Failure (MTTF/MTBF) prediction for this part. Specifically if you have anything based on accelerated life test data, but I will take anything you have available. The main website and datasheet do not contain any of this information.</description>

      <description>Thank you for that response. Unfortunately, the NXP website does not recognize my company email as being a company email, so it will not allow me to enter a support ticket. I tried to raise this issue with a website ticket, but their best advice was to come here and ask the question unless and until they could get the website fixed. Until then, it looks like I will not be able to access the NXP data I need through any viable means. This has been going on for 3-4 weeks with no resolution at this point.</description>
