Hello Luis,
I am looking for a failure rate or Mean Time To Failure (MTTF/MTBF) prediction for this part. Specifically if you have anything based on accelerated life test data, but I will take anything you have available. The main website and datasheet do not contain any of this information.

Thank you for that response. Unfortunately, the NXP website does not recognize my company email as being a company email, so it will not allow me to enter a support ticket. I tried to raise this issue with a website ticket, but their best advice was to come here and ask the question unless and until they could get the website fixed. Until then, it looks like I will not be able to access the NXP data I need through any viable means. This has been going on for 3-4 weeks with no resolution at this point.
