Does it exist any software development library LPCXPRESSO desing examples that show code on how to toggle GPIO pins, or setup a simple serial interface or setup other pheripherals etc?

There is only sample code for Keil: Arm7™ with 512 KB Flash, 58 KB SRAM, Ethernet, USB 2.0 Device, CAN, SD/MMC, and 10-Bit ADC | NXP Semiconductors
