LPC43XX Keil uVision 5 LPC Open Library Release Tested with Optimization Level 3

Hi NXP,

Are there any future plans to deploy an LPC Open Library for LPC43xx (LPC4330FBD144 Actual Device) tested working with Optimization Level 3 on Keil uVision 5?

Because LPC Open v3.02 was created and tested only with the default optimization when we inquired last time. If this is the case, are there some restrictions from modifying these LPC Open Library to use Optimization Level 3 regardless of the purpose if this is for personal or commercial use for the end product?
