LPC's USB ROM API question

Hello,

I am working with a LPC5418 uC. I want to implement USB functionality for this project using the built-in ROM API (I have done it before in other less powerful NXP uCs) but I see a function that does not exist in other uC's ROM API and does not have any documentation in the user manual:

Do you know what is that function for and the description of the parameters?

Thank you for the information. I just saw there is an example using the ROM API. I will take a look at it.
