Do you mean UUID?

"LPC55S6x/LPC55S2x/LPC552x store 128-bit IETF RFC4122 compliant non-sequential
Universally Unique Identifier (UUID). It can be read from flash PFR region at register
location 0x0009_FC70 onwards."

While searching for another info, I found it in the datasheet:

SYSCON->DEVICE_ID0
@address: 0x40000ff8

For LPC5528 it's 0xA010111C

Hi Alice,

I don't search for the UUID, but for the DeviceID, to detect, what kind of CPU is built in my device.
