I had this message in S32DS v1.3

C:\NXP\S32DS_ARM_v1.3\utils\MinGW\msys\1.0\bin\make.exe: *** Couldn't reserve space for cygwin's heap, Win32 error 0

I could resolve by pressing build all (I had mutiple projects in my workspace).
