RTC Crystal issues for LPC1758

Hello,

I am using an LPC1758FBD80Y microcontroller and I have connected ECS-.327-12.5-17X-C-TR
this External 32.768kHz crystal for the RTC,

The Main Crystal Is 9B-12.000MEEJ-B.

I am checking Output print at UART0, The print is getting stuck why this is happening,
Even I connected 12pf capacitors.

Need suggestions
