What is the licencing for the LPCScrypt command line utility?

Would we be able to wrap it up in a .NET application and distribute it for commercial use?

Thanks very much. I'd checked the user guide and website, but had not found the license agreement. Makes sense that it's in the installer, I'll have a read.
