Help setting up GDB server

Hello, I am trying to set up GDB debugger for LPC845 outside MCUexpresso since I am trying to migrate to using Clion.
I understand MCUexpresso uses a GDB server to connect to CMSIS-DAP on the LPC845-brk board, if this is not correct pls let me know.
I looked at debugger configuration and the .launch files that get generated and I couldn't find the path for the GDB server. here is the information I would want to get help finding(ofc I know where arm-none-eabi-gdb and the binary are)
