I have issue to read the body marking. I try to get information about it, but i can't found. Please help to explain how to read all body marking from P/MC68HC705J2

Hi,

For the explanation of "XLAC9431", I suppose that the "9431" is date code, which means it was released in 1994 year, 31th week. The "XLAC" is internal code.

As I said that the " XLAB" and "XLAC" are internal code, which may represent the manufacturing site, packaging site...
