Where can I find the up to date version of those files? My uVision installation doesn't appear to contain any files with those names.

After download AN10916, we can find these files under LPC1700_FatFs_Prj project:

No I cannot - those are out of date versions and don't match up with the CURRENT FatFS code

I want the latest NXP versions of those files.

There is no update for " CURRENT FatFS code", only the files under AN10916 folder for that version FatFS.
