LCP55S69 enter isp mode after power on, but I didn't do anything to make the chip go into isp mode. the board is shown in Figure 1.

Use FlashMagic check flash region 0 is all blank as Figure 2.

At the same time, the swd also failed to connect.

What can I do to get the swd back to normal.

I hope you are doing well.

When there is no valid image present in the flash memory, or in this case no image available, the MCU will enter into ISP mode automatically.

Regarding the swd also failed to connect entering into ISP mode should not represent an issue to debug via SWD. In some casuses it ISP mode could help to regain debug access.

Would you detail how are you attempting to program by SWD and any error message related? Also, if you made any setup into MCU's protected flash region (PFR). The PFR could be used to lock SWD access.
