&lt;P&gt;1. if customer do not ask NXP or 3rd party programmed the chip, the LPC2142 should be fully programmable when customer received the chip.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2. if customer asked 3rd party programmed the chip with dedicate binary, the DISTY support the program service according to the agreement with end customer, if the LPC2142 programmed by DISTY, the silicon maybe blocked by CRP(Code Read Protection), then the LPC2142 can be programmed or not is depends on the CRP set level. Please contact the service vendor.&lt;/P&gt;
