Looking for sample code to start the ISP command handler. C code that just shows how the initialization sequence for the RESET pin and the P2.10 pin are handled to enable the ISP command handler will be ideal.

What I am looking for is remote start of the bootloader in the LPC17xx from another processor.

If you don't want to implement "Reinvoke ISP' (and use it together with reading an input pin) then just add transistors to P2.10 and Reset. Then pull P2.10 low and after that pull Reset low a few ms, just like switching to ISP with buttons...
