LPC MicrocontrollersのトピックLPC2468 SDRAM change from Micron to ISSI problem.

We have a product that has been in series production since 2008-ish, using the LPC2468 together with a SDRAM Micron MT48LC4M32B2P-6A without any problems.

Now, due to shortage of the Micron part, we have tried to use an ISSI part, IS42S32400F-6TLI.

The problem is that we get, what appears to be, a random behaviour of the boards.
Sometimes they start just fine and sometimes they fail during boot.
The same board can start 20 times, and all of a sudden fail a few times.
If the board starts, it appears to be happy and continues to work well.
This is of course an urgent problem for us.
Some kind of timing issue I guess, but according to the datasheets we think it should work.
So far we have not been able to solve it.
Is there anyone out there that successfully uses this or similar combo of NXP-ISSI and can share their timing parameters?.

Kind regards
Hans
