LS1046A DDR4 Industrial Problem

Hi,

I have clone of LS1046AFRWY board. The Freeway Board uses MT40A512M16JY-083E:B (Commercial Grade DDR4). My clone uses MT40A512M16JY-083E IT:B (Industrial Grade DDR4). The only difference is in the Temperature grade.

The board with commercial grade boots properly. But the board with Industrial grade stops with error 0x2100

Log:

NOTICE: Fixed DDR on board
ERROR: Found training error(s): 0x2100
ERROR: Error: Waiting for D_INIT timeout.
ERROR: Writing DDR register(s) failed
ERROR: Programing DDRC error
ERROR: DDR init failed.

Should I modify any DDR initialization code?

I suspect you picked the wrong sub-forum.

The MCUs this (LPC microcontrollers) forum deals with are about two orders of magnitude smaller, performance-wise. Mostly Cortex M0...M7 devices.
To be honest, I had to lookup the LS1046AFRWY ...
