      <description>&lt;P&gt;Using LPC5516, generation of PWM output from SCT0 continues even when I pause the debugger.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this to be expected?&amp;nbsp; Is there a way to change this behavior?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Yes, this is normal,&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;pause button in IDE is pause the core of MCU, while the peripherals still working.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
