Can someone tell me the correct ISP wiring for LPC2368?

I'm trying to connect LPC2368 over USB UART bridge (CP2102)

ISP -------------------- LPC2368

GND ------------------- GND (97)

VDD(3.3) ------------- VDD (96)

TXD -------------------- RXD (99)

RXD -------------------- TXD (98)

DTR -------------------- RESET (17)

RTS --------------------- EINT0 (P2.10 / 53)

Have no luck with this variant of wring.

I'm trying to reflash firmware on board, may it be the cause of problem?
