&lt;P&gt;This issue has been discussed but there is no more information can be provided besides the UM. Becuase we can use the information provided in UM working with temperature sensor without issue..&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What version information do you need? is that related with temperature sensor?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Jun Zhang,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We are able to read internal sensor reading but to cross verify it we require&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;formula to calculate&amp;nbsp;temperature from ADC readings.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Also details about LLS slope and parameters would be helpful&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Best Regards,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hemalatha R&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;HLR&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The meanning of Vbe8 and Vbe1 is defined in your screenshot step 2.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The fomular is defined in step 3.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;A, B, and Alpha parameters are available in NXP FFR area, but the concrete addresses are not published to external.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This is enough for user using temperature sensor. Aside from the parameter in DS and UM, there is no additional parameters to external.&lt;/P&gt;
