LPC55S16-EVK Evaluation Board is not going in ISP mode

We purchased three LPC55S16-EVK Evaluation Boards, Two of them are not going in ISP mode. We tried to holding ISP
button down while pressing and releasing Reset (SW2) to force the
LPC55Sxx into ISP mode.

I also tried installing JS3 Jumper. But no luck. below is the response of blhost.

C:\Projects\XCOM\BT>blhost.exe -p COM3 get-property 1

Error: read_start_byte() timeout after 5.178 seconds

Response status = 10004 (0x2714) No response packet from target device.

Hello,

I recommend trying to do a mass erase and then trying again to enter in ISP.

I did mas erase using MCUXpresso IDE, but still, the board is not going in ISP mode.

Mass erasing doesn't resolve the issue.

Hello,

I suspect your board is bricked; I suggest updating the LPC Link2, but you may need a J-Link.
