Hello,

I'm trying to find the memory map and field descriptions of the PFR region for the LPC5534JBD64, specifically the CMPA.

I've seen reference to an additional document: "LPC553x_PFR_OTP eFuses.xlsx" but can't locate it.

Is this available?
