Hi,

Can you tell us the part number of LPC family? do you use LPC55S36 exactly?

As far as I know that LPC55S36 has not been released officially, the current ordering number including the LPC5536-EVK board are LPC5536 instead of LPC55S36, the LPC5536 does not support secure bootloading. Because the LPC5536 does not support secure algorithms such as RSA, hash...

If you use LPC55S69 or LPC55S69-EVK board, suppose that you can use the dedicated tools: MCUXpresso Secure Provisioning Tool

which can be downloaded from the link:

https://www.nxp.com/design/software/development-software/mcuxpresso-software-and-tools-/mcuxpresso-secure-provisioning-tool:MCUXPRESSO-SECURE-PROVISIONING?tid=vanMCUXPRESSO-SECURE-PROVISIONING

You can use the tools to sign a binary file.

If you are alpha customer and use LPC55S36 exactly which has not been released officially, I am sorry, you can contact local FAE so that they can support you.

Hope it can help you

Hello All!

I hope all is well.

I am working on an LPC55S36 project and I need to boot with Secure Boot. My question is if the SB revokes the internal image for whatever reason, how do I command the LPC to fetch the Golden image formatted with SB3.1 from the external SPI flash? I read the AN 12283 but such information in there.

Also, how do I format my plain image with SB3.1 to be used by the SB?

Thanks much in advance for your help!
