LPCXpresso LPC1769 Rev. C vs Rev. D (Missing J4 connection)

Hi,

I have this 7 year old unit that i need to run using the (LPC1769 Rev. C) PCB but i realized that on your website its no longer supported and you have a new version of PCB which is the (LPC1769 Rev. D).

In order for me to to run the LPCXpresso Debugging software and connect it to my old unit, i need to connect this J4 connection which i realized it no longer available to solder on the new Rev. D. I hope you all can help to advise where to connect or solder this J4 connection please on the newer version Rev. D?

Also, is the old LPCXpresso Software debugging tool can still able to work on the new Rev. D pcb?
