LPC-Link2 LED error

Thank you for seeing my question.

I use LPC-Link2.

I programed LPC-Link2 with CMSIS-DAP by LPCScrypt and successed.

I disconnected PC to LPC-Link2 for rebooting and shorted JP1.

Then I connected my PC to LPC-Link2.

At that time,red LED lamp on LPC-Link2 keeped blinking forever.

Is it normal?
