In LPC1768, What if all gpio configured as output and all are in sourcing mode. How much total current drawn by microcontroller.

Does it will functions or it won't capable to draw current through all it pins?

The device has some limiting values; these are listed in the datasheet, if the device is operate beyond those values it can be damaged.
