Is it possible to erase the EEPROM of an LPC4078 using the debugger (either J-Link or LPC-Link 2)?

I am new to IAP commands.

Where can I find IAP command to erase the EEPROM of LPC4078 device? Where/How can I execute that command? Please advise.
