Debugging getting failed with incorrect request of memory

I am facing the bellow errors when trying to debug on LPCxpresso55s69 board and am unsure why these memory locations are getting accessed. I see the executable is being written on the flash succesfully but going into these errors. I referred to "Edit MCU" done wrong results in "Wire ACK Fault i... - NXP Community which is the same issue as this, but the solution isn't working. I am attaching the MCU memory layout.

Which version of MCUXpresso IDE you used?

Please try MCUXpresso IDE v11.5.
