&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;NXP monitors the reliability and failure rate by running HTOL on samples from each fab process.&amp;nbsp; The LPC54xxx uses the C090 process at TSMC14.&amp;nbsp; Based on the most recent year of process monitor data, 344 samples were tested with no failures.&amp;nbsp; This confirms the FIT rate is below 10.23 at 60% confidence level.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Based on this FIT rate the MTBF is 11,139 years.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
