&lt;P&gt;VDDA Analog supply voltage for ADC is 1.8 - 3.6 V&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Vrefp ADC positive reference voltage is 0.985 - VDDA V&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>LPC55S6x VREFP and VDDA connection</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are using LPC55S6x for our design. We are using analog input signals which are dropped down to 2.5V max. We have connected VREFP to 2.5V and we wanted to understand voltage level allowable for VDDA pin.V&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As per datasheet, it is mentioned VDDA range from 1.8V to 3.6V and VREFP range from 0.985V to VDDA&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="RBhagat_0-1643704821297.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.nxp.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/169307i0AB3B9383F08274D/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="RBhagat_0-1643704821297.png" alt="RBhagat_0-1643704821297.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However as per AN13033, VDDA is range of 3.0V to 3.6V and VREFP is same as datasheet.
