LP54608 ISP UART PROBLEM

Hi,

I've a Custom Board with LPC54608. It was working fine. After changing the Osc Freq in Example Api's, the Controller suddenly went to Frozen state and there was no response in McuExpresso IDE. Then I tried to erase the flash banks in UART ISP mode using Flash Magic. It worked fine only once, again it went back to Frozen state. but now I couldn't able to program via ISP mode also.

what could be the issue..?? How can I enter ISP mode again..??

Hi Boopathy_Rangaraj

If you can't erase Flash in ISP mode. please make sure if your SWD interface was well designed. Refer this article:

If no problem on SWD design. and we can't connect board in ISP, we need to consider if you enable ECRP by accident.

The part is permanently disabled when
On-chip Image(s) are ruined
SWD access prohibited
ISP entries prohibited
