&lt;P&gt;For the difference between the &lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;LPC2387FBD100,551&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; and &lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;LPC2387FBD100K &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;, the silicon is the same, but the package is different.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The package of LPC2387FBD100K includes 450 silicons, while the &lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;LPC2387FBD100,551&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; only includes 90 silicons.&lt;/P&gt;
