Is there a mechanical drawing available for LPCXpresso54114 that shows where exactly the holes and connectors are located? I'm currently designing a shield for the board, and since there's no PCB file on the product page, the best I can do right now is try to make things fit using an Arduino Uno shield layout, which is actually too small to fit all the connector pins.

Yes there is no PCB files on public website.

If your production is large, you can create a new internal request ( https://support.nxp.com/s/ ) with information:

- your project name and scenarios

- the sufficient reason why you need these data

- the chips ordered yearly.

- company name.

the market will evaluate and make decision if can provide.
