topic LPC Link2 GUI in LPC Microcontrollers

Currently I have a program in the LPCXpresso IDE where I control a circuit using the debug window 'Debug As > C/C++ (NXP Semiconductors) MCU Application' . This works properly, but now we want to transfer this to it's own user interface (separate from LPCXpresso) for simplicity.

I've seen ways to do this with Arduino, where a GUI program in Java was made to communicate with the board through serial. My question is, is there a way to make a GUI program for the LPC Link2 similar to this method? I need some help getting pointed in the right direction and would appreciate any help. Thanks for any replies

Hello tristanhegseth,

You can update the debug firmware to SEGGER J-Link, then use SEGGER J-Flash GUI.
