Hello

For the LPC55S69, the current consumption in deep power down mode is 0.7uA with 4KB of SRAM retention. Does anyone know how much current the device consumes with 12KB of RAM retention instead?

Cheers.

Hi,

Pls refer to the Table 21 in data sheet of LPC55S69, different SRAM block consumes different current, for example, the 64K SRAM1 power supply current is about 11uA, so 12K SRAM1 consumes about 2uA.

Hope it can help you

Thanks for the answer.

But that's in normal run mode, do you know how much it will consume in deep power down mode?

Hi,

We have not the current specs for the retaining RAM in low power mode, the RAM current spec in normal running mode can be a reference.
