LPC54605JXXXET180 Pin compatibility

Hello,

I am using the LPC54605J256ET180 parts. I wanted to ask NXP to confirm that the LPC54605J512ET180 is a pin for pin compatible part and can be a drop in replacement. Is the only difference the increase in FLASH and RAM?

If you happen to know of any of the other LPC546XXJXXXET180 parts are drop in that will also save me a lot of time from going through each pin and peripheral to confirm.

Yes, these two parts are pin to pin compatible. The only difference is FLASH/RAM size.
