&lt;P&gt;Here is the startup timing for LPC15xx. You can also find it in UM10763,&amp;nbsp;3.7.2 Start-up behavior&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;unfortunately, we don't have similar AN of&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;AN11027 for low power wakeup time. User needs to refer AN11027 or AN10915 to measure it by self.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>LPC15xx wake up time</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi ,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are making custom design using LPC1549JBD64QL MCU. As wake up time is very critical for our design. we would like to know what is the boot time, low power (i.e. sleep, deep sleep, power down and deep power down modes) wake-up time measurements.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there any application note covering this info for LPC15xx family similar to LPC11xx(AN11027)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ravi&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Zhang,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the reply, I think u are referring to UM10736 not UM10763.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;According to this document it takes around 255us to start running MCU user code.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just want to Know whether the wake up timings in the sleep, power down, deep power down modes are closer to LPC11xx MCU's?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ravi&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Normally the wake up time is less than power up time.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
