LPC MicrocontrollersのトピックLPC54S018 Drive Current

I was wondering how I measure or calculate drive current to a crystal. I don't see anything in the data sheet other then calculating the correct caps and a note saying it is critical to get the drive level correct.

Pg # 138 "For best results, it is very critical to select a matching crystal for the on-chip oscillator.
Load capacitance (CL), series resistance (RS), and drive level (DL) are important
parameters to consider while choosing the crystal."

The current crystal I am using for protos is running at 25mhz, 100ohm, 6pF, 150uW (300uW max). This is fairly close to what the dev kit uses. However I would like to cross this part with something more commonly available. If any special tools are required recommendations are welcomed.
