LPC MicrocontrollersのトピックLPC54018 VDDA

Looking at the LCP user manual (Page 1074) there is a line that says "The supply voltage VDD must be equal or lower than VDDA." I can find no similar statement in the datasheet; Table 12 (p. 79) gives the VDDA range as 2.7 - 3.6 V, making no mention of VDD.

I was wondering what issue this may cause moving forward. I missed this line while doing the first prototype spin and have VDD running at 3.3v and VDDA running at 3.0v. Pushing forward with testing on this first spin I would like to know what issues I should expect to see with this configuration. So far validation has yet to present any issues.

Hi

Please follow the UM statement of “The supply voltage VDD must be equal or lower than VDDA.”

Exceeding of operating requirements may lead in device malfunction (reversible) or reduce life.

Best Regards
