The SDK example for LPC51U68 I2C Master shows how to set up DMA with one slave device on the I2C bus. Is it possible to have concurrent DMA with multiple I2C slave devices on the same I2C bus?

It should be yes, while there is no demo, you can refer to the one master with one salve to configure,
