LPC55S69 : elftosb-gui location ? MCUXpresso secure provisioning

I'm trying the secure boot mode of the LPC55S69

Generating the signed binary is ok, but i'm having touble with the CMFA/CMPA generation

It seems that the simplest is to use elftosb-gui to do that

I've looked everywhere on both linux and windows but could not locate it. I've found elftosb, but not the gui version.

Is it a separate download ? any hint would be appreciated.

BTW, I also checked the MCU Xpresso Secure provisionning tool, which can generate /flash the signed firmware but does not seem to be able to deal with the initial provisioning (CMFA/CMPA part)
