topic LPC1765 flash retention time in LPC Microcontrollers

Hello,

I need to estimate the flash retention time for an LPC1765 constantly powered under a temperature of 40°C.

In the Reference Manual, the retention time for a powered device is 10 years min and 20years min for an unpowered device, but I look for a more precise estimation for a running without interruption at 40°C.

Support is much appreciated

Regards

If the devices are using under all the specifications. those can support the 10 years at 40C, as you can see on the datasheet, this spec is from Tamb = −40 °C to +85 °C.

You need to be sure while you are running at 40C continuously all the other specs are under spec, also the power consumption, read and write on memories, etc.

I hope this will help you

Have a good day.
