      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;The lower 2 bytes with major/minor version number is the correct output format.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The user manual is wrong, as a consequence this could also be wrong in some tools like the SDK.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Bernhard.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
