LPC1765 Startup time?

I have a question regarding the startup time of the LPC1765 CPU: How long does it take for the Chip to start up and start executing the user program? Or in other words: Assuming that a stable power source is attached, how long does it take until the chip executes the first user instruction after the power source is attached? I couldn't find anything in the datasheet about that, just that the flash wake-up timer generates a 100uS startup time and then 250 additional clock cycles are needed. As the user program is stored in the flash, the startup time is higher than 100uS + 250 clock cycles I assume?
