Hello

I am looking for a little more information regarding the layout of this IC. Working with the IMXRT family documentation I came across the design guide "IMXRT1010HDUG" and wondered if there was a similar document. The Eval module information does not seem to hint at anything that needs extra attention during layout.

pls refer to the data sheet of LPC546xx, especially, the 13. Application information, which focus on the board design requirement.
