In LPC 54608 Controller, some Memory has allocated for SPIFI. What is the purpose and How can I access it?

Hi, Muralidhar,

For the LPC54608, the memory space from 0x1000 0000 to 0x17FF FFFF is assigned to spi flash, if you access the space with firmware, the LPC54608 can generate the timing to access the spi flash.

Pls refer to Chapter 32: LPC546xx SPI flash interface (SPIFI) for the spifi module, with which the timing to access spi flash can be generated.

I attach the LPC54608 evaluation board schematics, pls refer to it for the spi flash connection.

The SDK package has been developed, the spi flash example is included in the package. Pls download the sdk package:
