LPC1752 SWD failure

After programming the device I got memory error and then I can't re program the device using SWD or JTAG. I tried to keep the device in RESET but it didn't work..

Please help

Whether you can share the error message when you try to program the LPC1752 chip, in further, did you try to force the LPC1752 to enter into the ISP mode?
